I thought I was going to show an image of the Council web page that confirms that I wass blocked but I cannot see it uploaded here. But then I am using a councils terminal so you never know. This is the reply I had from Mr. Sam Rogers of the Local Government Ombudsman to my previous blog and I shall be posting my reply.

Quite frankly these replies from you do not address the complaints sent you, assuming that the information that your waiting on is still those 2 issues you mentioned in your previous email of being the only thing you can investigate. I have looked at Judgements made by your organisation to compare with what your dept offered me all those years ago, and they in no way appear equitable.
For instance you appear more concerned that children get to the right school and pay their parents handsomely for the council game playing. But here systematic criminal negligence even to blocking blogsites all because they must be saying somthing of vlaue otherwise why bother and nobody gives a tuppeny stuff because its Crazydave. The claim Mr. Rogers is criminal negligence you appear to me to be aiding and abetting that, by dilly dallying with this complaint that the council are way beyond any reasonable time scale in responding to. but I guees just like the Equality Human Right Commission you wanna wash your hands of these question these systemic violations of my right to legal representation.
Now I hope that your gonna get onto Cardiff County Council in the beggining of next week cos I had their Capital Times today with a peice on the Manic Street Preacher opening the new Central Library, and how libraries are supposed to empower people how is that to occur when there is political interference from those who operate the system. I guess I will shoot another video about that, and here is the URL for the Barry Tanants get a referendum for you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3PztthvJlYA Maybe you can tell me why your organisation still refuses to accept that, placing CCC housing into a Trust rather than run by the Council would mean £30 million nlonger showing in their General Fund and maybe just maybe the council tax bill can be adjusted when this no-longer showing in that account due to Transfer of the Housing stock to a Trust wholly owned by the Tenants.
David Gabriel and perhaps something could be done to arrange a visit to discuss a house move so that I don't have to live with the threat of violence by Mr. Watkins or any associates of his anymore.
Yeah the watchdog is asleep covering the Councils elected and un-elected officials backsides by the looks of things Crazydave as have been the Equality Human Rights Commission. One last try at uploading the image, no joy. I will have to go to an internet cafe once again. I will have to go there for Twittering anyway. One day the full force of public outrage will be aimed at the LGO and its failure to protect council tenants not just for current tenants but for their children childrens sake.

Well here I am at the internet cafe and the image has uploaded beautifully. Time to copy paste it send to the Usual Suspects yet again. Doing then same thing Crazydave and expecting different results. Yeah yeah I know, but maybe it will eventually shame someone into doing something on mine and other council tenants behalf.
Maybe I will eventually have a video that gets in the millions ratings and then the necessary questions will be demanded by the public and why oh why did the media turn a blind eye. Maybe they think that their kids will never have a council tenancy. But if they did some real serious thinking they might just come to the conclusion that
a) social housing is the best option if it was funded correctly and
b) we all might decide for societies sake that nationalising private landlord houses where long term benefit claimants live would be wise fiscal policy eh Mr. Galloway.
All the best people in this instance its an end to Fascist Councils who remain due to the inadiquacies of the Watchdogs able to get away with violations of the Human Rights Act.
